SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All Icastica Studio products can be shipped worldwide.
Delivery price is calculated by considering the product weight, dimensions and destination. We only use international trusted couriers and each delivery is provided with a tracking service.
As every Icastica Studio product is handmade and made to order, once ordered it requires up to 4 weeks to be realised although usually this time frame is shorter. Every effort will be made to have your order ready in the shortest time possible and you will be contacted once the product is finished and ready to be despatched to you.
Currently, quotes for delivery costs are available online for the UK and Europe only and can be seen at the checkout. In order to offer the most convenient price for countries outside of Europe, we request our customers to contact us before placing an order so that we can advise the best delivery method and price available.
To get a tailored shipping quote for destinations outside Europe, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the product(s) that you are interested in and your complete shipping address.
Deliveries outside of Europe may be subject to taxes and import duties in the customer’s country. In this scenario, the customer is liable for all related charges that the destination country presents and requires. Refunds and returns are not permitted due to these costs being unforeseen by the customer.
RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS / REFUNDS
Unfortunately, as every product is made to order, we cannot offer a refund on the product(s) unless faulty or incorrectly supplied to you.
Should any significant manufacturing fault be detected it must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery. In this case, replacements will be issued if available or, if this is not possible for Icastica Studio, a complete refund will be issued on receipt and inspection of the faulty item.
For all returns, the product(s) must be delivered to us in their original packaging and must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition. Product(s) must be returned from the country that the order was sent to using Icastica Studio’s chosen trusted courier.
Delivery costs for returning faulty products will be paid for by Icastica Studio.
