ABOUT OUR BESPOKE SERVICE
Icastica Studio is happy to offer a bespoke service to realise exclusive luxury handbags, home accessories and soft furnishing, as well as customisation of their already existing designs. All products can be personalised with alterations to the size, design, colour and leather type.
Icastica Studio is able to carry out decorative upholstery on most pieces of furniture. Due to the wide ranging skillsets available, the studio is capable of upholstering existing pieces or creating a unique item from scratch and is delighted to offer consultations both on site and in its London studio.
From personal design ideas to larger retailer and independent boutique decoration projects, Icastica Studio is able to provide a bespoke service from inception through to realisation.
LEAD TIME AND DEPOSIT
Depending on the nature of the project, personalised or bespoke products generally require a minimum of 4 weeks to be realised.
For Icastica Studio bespoke or customised products, when placing a commission order, we require a non-refundable deposit of 30%. This is to secure the sale and to enable us to commence making the commissioned piece. Full payment needs to be cleared into our account prior to delivery.
